An impressive career can conceal the most piteous stories underneath. A winner of the USA and World Championships in the event of a hurdle, Lolo Jones has reached her current standing after many years of hard work and an enormous amount of perseverance. Jones is a child born into a single mother and had five children living suffering from poverty and hardships as a child, had an extremely challenging childhood. Her mother was constantly moving and lived for a time in the basement of her church. Jones needed to go to the same high school each year due to her nomadic upbringing. Jones as a cellist in the school's orchestra as well as recipient of the Gatorade Track and Field Iowa athlete of the year award earned her the Gatorade Iowa Athlete award at the conclusion of high school. Jones began her athletic career at the college level as one of the most talented hurdlers. Jones won the 100-meter challenge during the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championship. Additionally, she was a part of the team who was 2nd in the 100 meters relay. Jones won both the indoor hurdles and the outdoor hurdles event at the NCAA Championship in 2003. The track career after she completed her studies at the end of 2005 Jones started to train hard for a track career. She won both her events, the Torino Memorial and the Heusden Track events that same year.
Brandt relocated to Auckland, New Zealand after moving from Cape Town South Africa in the latter part of her adolescence. Her talent was discovered in Auckland through local cast director Brandt. She took the part of Naevia as part of the Starz series Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She was among the breakout stars for this series, working with Steven S. D Knight & Sam Raimi. She was a part of the cult Netflix series Lucifer that ran for a six years run as the fan beloved comic book character from DC/Vertigo Mazikeen. Forbes has ranked Lucifer as the most watched show of 2021. Brandt will next be seen with Andrew Lincoln in the limited Walking Dead 6 episode spin-off which will premiere in 2024. Also, she stars with Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan Chris Meloni and Chris Meloni as Captain Fall in a mature animated feature that will be released on Netflix the 20th of July in 2023. Lesley Ann Brandt, born 2nd December 1981 from Cape Town South Africa. She is a highly skilled New Zealand actor. Lesley Brandt moved along with her family and friends into Auckland New Zealand in 1999. In Auckland, Brandt began as an agent for sales, and later was elevated to the position of an expert in IT. Lesley started out modeling before deciding to make an appearance in commercials. The year 2008 was the time she completed her acting studies. After that, in 2009 she began her training again using the Meisner method of study. Lesley Brandt's first notable acting role was on the TV drama Diplomatic Immunity, which aired in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt has shown up on The New Zealand TV drama series Shortland Street with a role as a supporting character. In the sequel to this sci-fi series This Is Not My Life she played the town of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt played Naevia in the TV show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. She later portrayed Naevia in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
